The Namibia T20 League 2025 will be the first edition of the franchise-based cricket league in Namibia. The tournament will be played over the first two weekends of August. It will start on Friday, August 1, and will conclude on Sunday, August 10. The tournament will run for a total of six days and two matches will be played on each day.
All 12 matches willl be played at the Namibia Cricket Ground in Windhoek. The tournament will showcase the highest level of league cricket in the country. The tournament will act as a pathway for the players to make it to the international side. It will also help the selectors pick top-performers to the High Performance squad and then to the national team.
Namibia T20 League 2025 Teams
On July 11, Cricket Namibia hosted a draft for the franchise owners. They selected the coaches first before moving to pick the squad. Each team has 14 players which were selected by the owners and the coaches. These are the four teams that will participate in this edition of the tournament:
