Namibia Cricket Ground in Windhoek and High Performance Oval in Windhoek will host this qualifying tournament. ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Africa Region is being played in 2 different divisions.
Division 2 Qualifier was played in Botswana earlier in July 2025 with 8 teams. In this qualifier, Rwanda and Sierra Leone were the finalists, and they both advanced to Division 1.

The tournament is divided into 2 different groups, where teams from each group will play a round-robin format. They will face each other once in the league stage in their respective groups.
The top 2 teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals, where they will fight for the final spot.
Semi-finals are knock-out matches:
- Semi-final 1: 1st in Group A vs 2nd in Group B
- Semi-final 2: 1st in Group B vs 2nd in Group A
