How Teams Will Get Points In CSA 4-Day Tournament

Here is the simple breakdown of the points table of the CSA Four-Day Series Division One:

  • Each team will get 16 points for winning the match. If the team loses the match, they will get 0 points.
  • If a match is drawn, both teams will get 6 points each, and in case of a tie, teams will receive 8 points each.

Apart from these points, each team will get some bonus points.

  • In the first 100 overs of a team’s first innings, once they reach 150 runs, they earn 1 point. For every run above 150, they earn 0.02 additional points.
  • The bowling team gets 1 point each for taking the 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th wickets in the opponent’s first innings, up to a maximum of 4 points.
