India A is currently playing the second unofficial Test against South Africa A at the BCCI Centre of Excellence Ground 1 in Bengaluru. The first Test ended in India’s favour as they chased down the target of 275 runs on the fourth day with three wickets in hand. Tanush Kotian took eight wickets in the match and won the Player of the Match award.

In the second match, South Africa A won the toss and elected to bowl. Both teams made a few changes to the playing 11 in this match. South Africa brought in Temba Bavuma, Connor Esterhuizen and Kyle Simmonds in the playing 11. India A made a total of eight changes to the playing 11.
KL Rahul, Dhruv Jurel, Akash Deep, Kuldeep Yadav, and Mohammed Siraj have found a place in the playing 11. All five players were named in the squad for the Test series against South Africa. The other three players named in India A’s playing 11 are Abhimanyu Easwaran, Harsh Dubey, and Prasidh Krishna. Prasidh and Abhimanyu were a part of the Indian team that faced England in the Test series.
India A Is In Trouble After Losing Four Wickets
India A lost the first wicket for just two runs as Abhimanyu was dismissed for a duck. Rahul was the second batter to depart and scored 19 runs off 40 deliveries. Sai Sudharsan and Devdutt Padikkal are the two other batters who have been dismissed.

At lunch, India A made 85 runs for the loss of four wickets. Tiaan van Vuuren has been the pick of the bowlers for South Africa A so far and has taken two wickets for 21 runs in just six overs. Tshepo Moreki and Prenelan Subrayen have picked up one wicket each.
