Tournament Format & Points System

The Women’s U23 T20 Trophy 2025 is organized into four Elite Groups and one Plate Group. 

Each group follows a round-robin format where every team plays against each other once. 

Teams earn 4 points for a win, 2 points for a tie or no result, and 0 points for a loss. If teams finish with equal points, their position is decided by Net Run Rate (NRR). 

The top teams from each Elite Group will qualify for the knockout stage. The Plate Group provides teams an opportunity to compete and gain experience in a separate competition structure.
