The Ireland Women’s cricket team will tour South Africa to play three ODI and T20I matches each. The series will take place across multiple cricket grounds in South Africa from December 5 to December 19, 2025.

The Irish women’s team, led by captain Gaby Lewis, is a youthful side with an average age of just over 24 years. This tour will offer Ireland a significant opportunity to build on recent momentum, refine team combinations, and gain valuable experience ahead of upcoming international qualifiers. On the other hand, South Africa’s women’s team, a strong side playing at home, aims to maintain its dominance and continue its preparation following its ICC Women’s World Cup 2025 campaign.
