The group stage runs from February 13 to February 18. Each team plays three matches against the other teams in their group. The top two teams from each group advance to the semi-finals on February 20. The winners of the semi-finals will meet in the final on February 22.

Eight teams will compete in the tournament. The ACC has divided them into two groups:

The tournament was originally scheduled to take place in Sri Lanka in June 2025. However, the ACC postponed it due to adverse weather conditions and health concerns related to the spread of chikungunya in the country. Thailand stepped in as the new host nation.
