The Celebrity Cricket League 2025 was a full-on mix of cricket action and movie star swag. It kicked off on February 8, and fans were hooked from day one. With actors from different film industries coming together to play serious cricket, it was the perfect blend of fun and competition.

This time, eight teams took part, and they were split into two groups. What made the format even more interesting was that each match followed a 20-over Test style. That means every team got to bat twice for 10 overs each, which made things extra exciting.

After some really close games and wild finishes, it was Punjab De Sher who walked away with the trophy. They beat Chennai Rhinos in a final that had everything from big hits to edge-of-the-seat drama.

You could really feel the passion the actors brought to the field. The energy from the crowd made it even better.

Punjab De Sher totally owned it this season. They played some smart cricket and held their nerve in the final against Chennai Rhinos. It was a proper nail biter, and they fully deserved that win.

Now that it is all wrapped up, we are already looking forward to the next season. If this year was anything to go by, CCL is only going to get bigger and better. Bring on the next one.
