The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier 2026 Points Table shows how all 10 teams are doing as they battle it out in Nepal from January 18 to February 1, 2026. Every win gets a team 2 points, while a tie or a game with no result gives them 1. Lose a match, and you get nothing. If teams end up with the same points, Net Run Rate (NRR) decides who’s on top.

Ten teams are competing for just four spots in the main event in England and Wales later that year. After each match, the table updates, so fans can check in anytime to see who’s leading and who still has a chance to advance.

Current ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier 2026 Standings

Ten teams kick things off, split into two groups of five. Group A has Bangladesh, Ireland, Namibia, Papua New Guinea, and the USA. In Group B, it’s Nepal, Netherlands, Scotland, Thailand, and Zimbabwe. Once the group matches wrap up, the best three teams from each group head into the Super Six stage.

Qualification Format

This tournament runs in two parts. First, you’ve got the group stage, teams split into Group A and Group B, playing everyone else in their group once. Only the top three from each group make it out alive and move on to the Super Six.

Now, in the Super Six, it’s a fresh round-robin, but there’s a twist. Teams hang on to the points they picked up against other qualifiers back in the group stage, so those early wins (or losses) still matter. Everyone plays everyone, and when that’s done, the four teams at the top grab their spot at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 in England and Wales.

If teams end up with the same points, Net Run Rate comes into play as the tiebreaker. So, every single run and every ball really matters; one slip could make all the difference.

Teams to Watch

Bangladesh comes into the tournament as one of the favorites. They’ve got experience from the 2024 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, and their players know how to handle pressure. Ireland and Scotland look strong, too. They’ve been on big stages before and understand what it takes.

Nepal gets to play at home, which is a real boost. You can bet they’ll use those familiar conditions to their advantage. Thailand’s been making steady progress in women’s cricket, so don’t be surprised if they pull off a few upsets. Zimbabwe’s hungry for a World Cup return, especially with all the recent growth they’ve shown.

Over in the USA, cricket’s picking up steam, and their women’s team wants to make history by reaching the T20 World Cup. The Netherlands has some seasoned players; they’re always a threat when they’re on. Then you’ve got Papua New Guinea and Namibia, both fired up and keen to prove themselves against the tougher teams.
