Cricket Indonesia will host Myanmar and Timor Leste in a T20I Tri-Series that will start on Thursday, November 6. Each team will face the other two teams on four occasions in the series. A total of 11 matches will be played in the series.
The last match of the series will be played at the Udayana Cricket Ground in Bali. The last game of the series will be played on Thursday, November 11. All three teams will likely take part in the SEA Games 2025, which will be held in Thailand in December. The series will help the three teams get enough match practice.
Indonesia Tri-Series 2025: Series Details
The series will mark the T20I debut of Timor Leste. The team got Associate Membership during the ICC Annual General Meeting this year and will play enough number of matches to get their T20I rankings. Myanmar and Indonesia have played a total of six T20I matches. Indonesia have won all six matches.
Indonesia are in 67th position in Men’s T20I Team Rankings. Myanmar are in 94th place in the rankings. Indonesia have played a total of 70 T20I games and has won 30 matches. Myanmar made their T20I debut in 2023 and have won two out of 19 T20I matches. This will be the first T20I match for Myanmar since November 2024.
