Archer has played a total of two Test matches against India and has taken four wickets at an average of 30.50. Archer will be playing against India in England for the first time since making his debut.
Archer made his Test debut at Lord’s against Australia in 2019 and will play his first game at the venue since then on Thursday. He has played a total of 13 Test matches for England and has picked 42 wickets at an average of 31.04.
