The T20 Spring Challenge started with the clash between Hobart Hurricanes Women and Sydney Sixers Women on October 21. Each team will play four league matches, with the top four advancing to the semi-finals on October 29.

Format Of The T20 Spring Challenge 2025 

The T20 Spring Challenge 2025 has 9 teams, and each team will play against four other teams in the league stage. Following these matches, the top four teams of the points table will advance to the semi-finals. 

The semi-final matches will be played on October 29, with the first-ranked team facing the 4th-ranked team, and the 2nd-ranked team playing against the 3rd-ranked team. The winner of these semi-finals will progress to the final for the title.

  • Each team will earn 2 points for each winning match.
  • If the game ends in a tie or no result, both teams will get 1 point.
  • There will be no point in losing the game.
  • If two or more teams have equal points, the Net Run Rate (NRR) is used as a tiebreaker to rank teams.
