The United Arab Emirates (UAE) will host a seven-match T20I tri-series at the end of August. This tri-series will include the host nation, the UAE, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. It will start on August 29 with the clash between Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Sharjah Cricket Stadium will host all matches, including the final. As the UAE will host the upcoming Asia Cup, this series is organized to adapt to the conditions and pitches.
Format of The UAE T20I Tri-Series
Each team will face the other in the group stage. Its schedule is also designed so that one team will play two matches on consecutive days. After the conclusion of the group stage, the top two teams will advance to the final. The final will be played on September 7, where the champion of this series will be decided.
