The 23rd match of the PSL 2022 will be played between the Multan Sultans and Karachi Kings. This will be the second game between the two sides in PSL 2022 after the inaugural face-off.

Multan Sultans are the best team of the tournament as they are at the top of the points table with 6 wins in 7 matches. Their batters have been very consistent and the bowlers have played their part as well. They have a balanced squad as well. Their batting and bowling looks all-sorts. Their batters have failed to perform consistently apart from Babar but he has been batting with an unacceptable strike-rate for an opener. They almost won their first game of the season in their last game but were unfortunately defeated by 1 run. Their bowling has looked ineffective as well. Karachi are officially out of the play-offs race and will look to play for pride and win the remaining 3 games including this one.
